day 73 of 365
I got a new telephoto lens, and this was the first shot I took. Oops! But like many happy accidents, I kind of like it -- it looks like some form of hieroglyphics or ancient sky writing. Here's what I was actually going for.
I'll need lots of practice, but this will expand my photo toolbox. Yay for new toys!

Love that first 'happy accident'. Wonderful!!!
ReplyDeleteI like that first picture too! It looks similar to the one I took when I tried to take a picture of the moon without a tripod.
ReplyDeleteOh, new toys for taking photos, right on! I like all your photos and have taken many which look like your first one.
ReplyDeletecool a new toy, you did not give any details about it, we need the numbers ;-}

Yeah, lets hear the specs! I am excited for your new toy!
ReplyDeleteI got the Canon EFS 55-250 mm f4-5.6 IS telephoto lens. Also have the 18-55mm lens that came with the Canon Rebel XSI that I shoot with. My favorite lens (so far) is the 50mm f 1.8.
ReplyDeleteWow, look at me throwing around those names so easily, like I know what I'm talking about. A year ago I wouldn't have had a clue what these were. Now I have 1/2 a clue, anyway!
I am jealous.
