I'm always trying to read meaning into things that may or may not be more than they seem. So, is this a trail marker? A sculpture? A memorial? A meditation?Our very silly local reporter encountered similar rock piles in the woods of West Barnstable. Let's see what he thinks:

ReplyDeleteWe have a friend who does this...leaves her mark on places in the woods. She is not a witch, but she does have mystical powers. How else could anyone find balance?
