This 365 day project features photos that include words (actual or implied), text, books, writing, letters and numbers, signs, libraries, and.... well, you get the idea.
Stop what you're doing and take a moment to breathe in the magnificence of the World's Best Paint Can Opener -- the happy yellow thing pictured to the left.
This is a great photo... I like happy yellow things. I also checked out the slide show and especially love all the ones of things lined up and neat! He has a great shop and so many fun tools! (and seems to patiently let you photograph him too!)
The shop I just viewed has to be the most articulate shop I have ever seen, amazingly organized. I loved visiting that site, it brought back some fond memories, my Djiedo and father were both carpenters. Thank you for sharing this link and this man's passion.
I like this photo you have posted and I am now wondering if a person can even still purchase such an opener? I have only seen the cheap metal ones here, nothing like this at all where I live, unless I am looking in the wrong places.

You can still get them -- in fact, Dan lost his original opener (but we won't bring up that sad story) and found this one on ebay.
